Responsibilities
• Maintain recruitment portal and shortlisting of candidates
• Creating job descriptions, advertise on all job platforms and handling the full recruitment process
• Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
• Handling end to end process of staff onboarding and offboarding
• Assist of MOM pass renewal and process work pass application
• Process monthly payroll and generating payroll report
• Process Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
• Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave etc.
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
• Be the first point of contact for employee’s enquiries on HR related matters and to assist their enquiries
• Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a HR generalist role
• Experience in retail beauty industry will be added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge in employment law, HR Policies and best practices
• Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English in order to cater to associates and teamwork skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good organizational skill and meticulous
• Ability to work independently and meet tight datelines
