of their team!
Job Duties:
- Managing of concierge duties
- Assist guests with way finding
- Handling and administering of lost and found items
- Process and manage all promotions, events and gift redemptions
- Managing of ticketing services and sales transactions
- Administering restaurant reservation
- Administering of loan of amenities
- Handle loyalty program queries
- Greeting of VIP guests, coordinate food and beverages replenishment as and when required
- Perform paging and in-house announcements
- Handle feedbacks and complaints from guests and tenants and proactively provide solutions
- Other administration and housekeeping duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level with 1 year of customer service experience
- Team player, able to work independently
- Possess problem solving skills
Other Information
- Working hours : 9.30am - 9.30pm, 10am - 10pm, 10.30am - 10.30pm, 12pm - 6pm
- Shift Pattern : 2 days work 2 days off
