• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Background:
You will be assisting members of the public to manage applications related to the financial assistance schemes. This is a customer-facing position.

Responsibilities:
• Interview the applicants to assess their suitability of the scheme based on the eligibility criteria.
• Obtain documentations from the applicant for processing.
• Liaise with the other relevant stakeholders within the Social Service sector to process the applications.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Background in Social Sciences is preferred.
• Experienced in frontline customer service will have an advantage.
• Passionate to serve members of the public.
• This is an Entry Level position.
