Provide administrative support to the Business Development, Contracts Division, including but not limited to:

- Working with accounts for your assigned client profiles
- Manage new business contracts, proposals, and renewal opportunities
- Draft, review, and revise contract terms and conditions for existing clients
- Ensure all customer renewal quotes are processed in a timely manner
- Facilitate the execution of all contracts and appropriate internal and external distribution
- Identify and resolve contractual issues and disputes
- Organize, update and maintain databases and files of all clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's feedback and inquiries
- General BD administrative duties as required
- Calling client receivable (SOA)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude
