🔥 Job Responsibilities🔥

►Coordinate, supervise and perform building facility maintenance / rectification
►Facilitate interface with suppliers and contractors for regular & ad-hoc maintenance activities
►Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and service systems as well as conduct routine M&E checks for air-conditioning / electrical / fire protection / mechanical / plumbing systems, etc

Job Requirements:

►Higher NITEC in engineering discipline with 3 years of relevant experience or NITEC in engineering discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
►Able to work on rotating shifts and / or 5.5 days work week
