- Manage feedback and enquiries via phone/email/social media/live chat
- Generate feedback reports
- Work with various stakeholders (e.g. operations , product and technology teams as well logistics vendors)
📍Requirements:
✅ Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
✅ Some customer service experience preferred
