As our Customer Service Executive, you are the voice of our brand by connecting actively with our customers. We are seeking customer-oriented, committed and patient individuals who are willing to assist our customers with a smile and ensure that our operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities
• Handle front-desk administrative duties and enquiries
• Serve and engage all walk-in customers with superior service
• Attend, resolve and report all customers’ complaints to management
• Provide support and assist in all customer-related matters, including customers’ transaction records
• Check and ensure all posters, promotion mechanics are updated promptly and all signage is displayed clearly and visibly
• Monitor stock replenishment with proper transfer procedures
• Coordinate, record, monitor and update of appointments and members’ attendance
• Maintain branch cleanliness, hygiene and image
Requirements
• Service oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
• Able to work retail hours (5 working days per week)
