SERVICE - Position: CASUAL LABOR / Part Time and Semi Full Time – $10 - $20 / hr
Server / Food Runner / Dishwasher cum Stewarding
Requirement
• Food & Beverage Experience
• Min 4 hours / shift
• 11am – 3pm OR 6pm – 10pm
• Min 4 days / week

Responsibilities (SERVER)
• Take food and beverage orders using the ordering system
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Familiarize with menu and promotions
• Serve food and beverages to the tables
• Practices good Mise-en-place
• Prepare sufficient condiments on tables
Responsibilities (DISH WASHER CUM STEWARDING)
• Wash and process soiled dishes according to company SOP
• Maintain a sanitary environment at the dishwashing area and ensure no refuse are left overnight
• Operate high temperature dishwashing machine
• Report breakdown of equipment
• Ensure proper usage and handling of chemicals
• Ensure proper storage of cutlery and crockery
