Key Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service to patrons
• Shelving of returned and browsed library materials onto the book shelves
• Processing of books reservations and managing the dispatch process
• Provide support for library programme set up
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
• (Part-time) Able to commit at least 4 days per week, inclusive of at least one weekend
• (Full-time) 3 working days, 1 day off on rotation
• Must be able to work rotating shift
• Customer service oriented
Working hours:
• (Part-time) 5 or 6.5 hours rotating shift
• (Full-time) 8 hours rotating shift
