Job Scope
- Follow up on sales enquiries / leads provided + communicate w clients
- Provide space planning, design conceptualisation, colour & material proposal
- Preparation of quotation & manage project costing
- Work with various vendors including project supervision on site

Requirement
- Singaporeans Only
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Strong sense of responsibility & passionate in interior design Sales driven & motivated with " Can Do " spirit
- Able to communicate with NON-ENGLISH speaking home owners & contractors
- Familiar with Singapore residential project layout
- Knowledge in other designing software will be an advantage
- Possess a creative flair & keen eye for details
- With 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
- AutoCAD / 3D Max & Vray/Adobe Photoshop knowledge Adobe Illustrator/Sketch-Up knowledge preferred
