Job Title: Sales Support Officer
Contract Term: 12 months (Full-Time)
FIXED SALARY $2,650
• Provide sales support roles to Direct sales, Loan Sales and Customer initialed applications platform.
• Follow up with callback and emails on relevant documents to external clients.
• Preforming Sales surveillance callback
• Qualifying application prior to submission to the processing unit.
• Ensure that all sales and service queries are resolved timely.
• Ensure data and transaction are inventoried.
• Perform transaction adjustments to customers’ loans and fees
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
