Social Media Account Specialist ( Korean Speaking )

5 Days/ week, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Our client is one of the largest contact centre in the world. They are seeking a Korean Speaking Account Specialist to market their social media products to clients in Korea.
Job Responsibilities
• Contacting clients, provide most suitable social media product/ advertisement package according to their requirements and needs.
• Attend to customer inquiries and feedbacks and provide solutions.
• Convert enquiries to sales
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year sales experience is an added advantage and comfortable to talk to potential or existing clients
• Training provided, candidate without experience are welcome to apply
• Fluency in Korean language is a must as you will be required to call to Korean clients that are based in Korea
