Salary: $13 per hour / up to $2,300 per month
Duration: 3 months
Working hours: Office hours

Responsibilities:
• Handle user's queries on purchasing, goods receipt matters
• Generate reports from GeBIZ and WorkDay, process transactions and update e-catalogues
• Handle filing and assist on general system testing activities
• Assist with contract extensions, update contract monitoring alerts
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
• Min Diploma
• Singaporeans only
• Proficient in MS Office
• Candidates with purchasing role experience would be preferred, Preferably in GeBIZ and Workday
