Job Scope:
- Cover the Reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and attend walk in guests.
- Responsible for daily administrative duties such as data entry, filing and photocopying.
- Arrange of courier services and distributing of mails and letters.
- Replenish of office and pantry supplies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Expo (company is walking distance from MRT)
- Able to start work immediately.
- 3 months contract (convertible to perm, subjected to on-job performance)
