- Attend to all walk-in visitors and direct to the relevant department.
- Assist in temperature taking and sign-in recording.
- Reply to email enquiries and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming mails and parcels.
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Location: City Hall
- Able to start work immediately.
- Prior customer service/ front desk receptionist/ admin experience is an advantage.
