Retail & Sales Trainer | Up to $3.5K + Allowances | 1 Year Contract

Looking for a Retail Trainer to support retail teams through product training, coaching and on-ground engagement.

💰 Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month
Based on relevant experience

🎁 Benefits:
• Performance Bonus – Up to 1 month
• Mobile Reimbursement – Up to $50/month
• Transport Reimbursement – Up to $128/month
• 14 days Annual Leave

📅 Working Schedule:
• 5 days/week, including Saturdays
• 10am – 7pm
• Weekend support may be required during peak periods
• Working hours may vary based on operational needs

📍 Location: Islandwide / Retail Stores
Travelling between locations is required.

🎯 Job Scope:
• Conduct product and refresher training for retail teams and promoters
• Provide on-site coaching based on customer engagement and sales performance
• Conduct consumer onboarding and product demonstration sessions
• Assess staff on product knowledge, soft skills, attitude and promotions
• Support in-store sales activities and gather on-ground feedback
• Prepare weekly training and store coverage reports
• Track training participation and performance
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with field teams
• Support staff development and engagement initiatives
• Assist with training materials and ad-hoc training projects

✅ Requirements:
• Comfortable travelling to different retail locations
• Confident in training, coaching and presentations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Training / retail / sales experience will be advantageous
• Positive attitude and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work Saturdays and support weekends during peak periods when required
