Administrative Assistant under Quality Control Team with great working environment, fantastic benefits and a stable organisation!

Budget:
S$1500 to S$ 1800 (Depending on experiences for the salary range. No experience required are welcome to apply too)

Working Hours:
5.5 Days Work Week
Monday to Friday
0900 hours to 1715 hours
Saturday
0900 hours to 1245 hours

Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties
• Document updates and recording
• Liaise & follow up with customers on QC matters
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Prepare regular QC reports & presentation
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with working in warehouse office environment
• Independent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, in particular)
