Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the overall running of the lounge operations to ensure consistent quality and service standards
• Ensure adherence of team members to food safety and hygiene standards according to Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines
• Ensure team members uphold lounge service standards by providing on-the-job training, in-service training and coaching
• Interact with Lounge customers to gain feedback on services and/or product. Communicate and liaise findings and any irregularities to the management
• Maintain and control lounge inventories (consumables and expendables)
• Monitor the performance of the frontline team and develop their service skills through active involvement of the customer service agents in the lounge operational aspects
• Ensure that all assigned staff complies with the documentation requirement of updating work log, records and timesheets to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
• Candidate to be customer-service oriented, and possess people management experience with an eye for details
• At least 2 years of working experience is F&B industry, preferably in hospitality sector
• Able to perform rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately
• Only Singaporeans and PRs will be considered
