Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Teppanyaki, Kushiyaki and Agemono preparation
- Responsible for all ordering and receiving duties
- Ensure that the quality of prepared food is in accordance to kitchen SOP.
- Conduct housekeeping of kitchen area
- Any ad-hoc duties as instructed

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine (Teppanyaki/Kushiyaki)
- Able to multi-task and perform in a team
- Open to Work Rotating Shifts
- 6 days week including weekends and public holidays
- Completed secondary school education
