Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the daily operations (i.e handling email enquiries, coordinate delivery schedules)
Compilation of invoices and/or vouchers for billing purposes
Processing and managing the web ordering system
Documents preparation for new business application (i.e. preparation of quotations, invoices etc)
Responsible for the day to day transactions for the business (i.e receiving and issuing invoices)
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
5.5 day work week
Neat, meticulous and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin as one needs to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
Min. 1 year experience in related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate position
