We're looking for a dedicated, dynamic and reliable Commis Chef to join our hospitality venue in Singapore. In this role you will be pro-active, an effective communicator and have the ability to support the kitchen crew. This challenging role will suit an individual who is responsible for maintaining continues improved quality control, including incoming raw materials , disciplined food production and strong process controls on outgoing food items and adhering to organizational standards, kitchen cleanliness, hygiene standards, food handling and storage standards ensuring minimum kitchen wastage.
You will need to bring the following skills and qualities:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to deliver a consistent product within a high volume environment.
- High standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
