1. Job Scope
1.1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
1.2. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
1.3. Cook food in various utensils or grillers
1.4. Check food while cooking to stir or turn
1.5. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
1.6. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
1.7. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
1.8. Check quality of ingredients
1.9. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

- Western cuisine or pastry background preferred
- Min. GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control or food and presentation
- Able to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- Strong F&B knowledge
