Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound calls and emails
- Schedule daily operations work and coordination and liaise with sales team
- Meticulous in operations routines and have good planning
- Handle partial sets of accounts including Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Controlled AR/ AP collection update (Data Entry) and issue Invoices
- General Administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools: Including Excel
- Experience using ERP/ accounting software is an advantage
- Must be able to work independently in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Customer service focus and passion for support
- Must be able to communicate & write in English and Chinese
