Responsibilities:

- Able to work on surveillance camera controls
- Using observational skills to watch for shoplifters
- Monitor alarm systems
- Managing safety and loss prevention control meetings
- Conducting safety and loss prevention audits
- Recognizing unsafe working environments
- Understanding safety processes and procedures
- Respond well to emergency situations
- Train other employees in loss prevention methods
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management
- Control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and
- Compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Train other employees in loss prevention methods

Requirements:

- Mandatory security certifications
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience as a retail security
- Independent and yet a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
