Assistant Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
1.To assist in the recruitment of food stall assistants, reduce and manage staff retention as well as creating more leaders.
2.To ensure that the assistant supervisors or supervisors train the new recruits and ensure that existing team are trained for new products, new equipments and/or new procedures.
3.Ensures that the outlets observe high food quality and uphold excellent service to and for our customers.
4.Ensures that the policies and procedures have been communicated effectively to the ground level.
5.Preparation of meeting reports, performs various analysis and projections, proposals or other related reports.
6.Follow up closely on the due dates for contract of outlets as well as look out for potential locations and have meetings with landlords to negotiate rental Terms and Conditions.
7.Involvement in menu planning, research & development, costing, manpower matters, salary matters and other administrative duties.
8.Ensures the teams adhere to SOPs which shall be updated and relevant parties to notify timely.
9.Lead the team members to provide excellent service and to appropriately handle staff grievances.
10.Observe cost consciousness and ensures that costing and overheads are consistent with budget.
11.Coordinates well with the other departments so as to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Pre-requisites and skills:
•Able to converse with English and mandarin speaking associates
•Proficient in MS Office especially excel
•Independant and good team player
•At least 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry
•Able to commit long hours of work and on weekends as well as on public holidays
•Has the passion in the Food & Beverage industry and willing to travel around in Singapore
