Job Responsibilities
● Planning, developing, overseeing, implementing and evaluating effective marketing communication campaigns and marketing strategies
● Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
● Conducting research and analysing data to identify, understand and define audiences, customer profiles and personas
● Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
● Create awareness of and develop the brand you are marketing
● Devise, source and present ideas, strategies and advertising opportunities
● Writing and proofreading creative copy all online and print material
● Maintaining websites and monitoring of data analytics
● Organising events, road shows, previews, seminars, conferences, receptions, exhibitions, training and parties through the development of relationships with stakeholders both internal and external
● Maintain and update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
● Coordinating internal marketing and external creative agencies to design or acquire marketing collateral, videos and any creative content
● Monitoring performance on ongoing campaign, spending against the budget, keeping accurate records, highlighting where variances occur and produce accurate weekly summary
● Managing and undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
● Perform in ad-hoc projects

● Diploma in marketing, public relation, hospitality and related studies
● Degree in marketing would be an advantage
● Previous experience in a similar role
● Strong project organisational and communication skills
● Ability to analyse data and spot trends
● Understanding of customer segmentation
● Motivated and vibrant
