Responsibilities
• Greeting guests and establishing relationships with regular customers
• Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized.
• Communicating with the kitchen team whenever necessary
• Managing the Point-of-Sales (POS) opening and closing [training provided]
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Rotation to other outlets when necessary
Requirements
• Candidates with relevant working experience in the F&B industry
• Passionate, cheerful and positive, service oriented and an excellent team player
• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Works well with others in a team and is helpful
• Self-driven with a positive attitude to learn
• Able to work 6 days’ work week shift, weekends or public holidays
