Career Progression toward Management

Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships and following up with our customers, most of whom are regular and elderly
- Working together with our team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Showing care and concern for all customers
- Recruiting new customers and providing excellent customer service to drive retention and sales
- Explaining corporate products and service packages to customers
- Maintaining and ensuring smooth shop operations

Requirements:
- Team Player
- A heart to help others improve their health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven and self motivated, takes initiative and looking to advance in their career
- Friendly and energetic personality, able to communicate well with elderly
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint/Word
- Willingness to work retail shift hours and weekends/public holidays

Preferred:
- Fluency in other languages
- Willing to move between locations
- Singaporean or PR
