I. BASIC PURPOSE

To plan, manage and control all functions and activities at store level and ensuring continual day-to-day operations of the assigned 24 hours 7-Eleven store and its compliance to the Company and Store Operating Policies & Procedures and achieving sales objectives and service excellence.

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

a) Operations
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of the assigned store
- Handle customers’ complaints, inquiries and feedback
- Liaise with the approved Company’s appointed vendors, external trainers, and other HQ colleagues on general matters relating to the assigned store
- Organise and co-ordinate the store operations, merchandising and promotional activities within the established guidelines
- Observe vigilance in the control of cash and inventory variations to the minimum and within the set limits
- Ensure continual 24 hours operations of the assigned 7-Eleven store and be readily available to handle all emergencies of the assigned store
- Maintain a high standard of store image/cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment
- Ensure the daily banking-in of trading receipts and prompt submission to HQ of the relevant paperwork
- Ensure accurate receiving and ordering before confirmation

b) Human Resources
- Manpower planning, recruit Sales Assistants and achieving adequate staffing level
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales objectives, service excellence and operational compliance
- Roster scheduling and assigning shift duties
- Supervise daily work performance of employees and work closely with Area Manager in achieving adequate staff
- Coach, appraise and plan career/training development of staff
- Attend Area Meeting, District Meeting and Chair periodic Store Meeting with staff
