- Support the operations in either one of the following areas: Attractions Operations, Aquatic Safety, Consumer Insights, Entry Operations, Guest Services, Park Services, Retail, SEAA Operations, and Tours, Events and Central Zone Operations etc
- Provide outstanding guest service, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Park, and ensure compliance to all safety requirements
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Minimum ITE or GCE N levels
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service preferred
- Able to perform shift work which includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in an unsheltered area with long hours of standing/walking
