• Possess good product knowledge
• Possess basic knowledge on bakery arts, outlet flow and all production workstations
• Able to setup and perform topping and oven to achieve excellent quality consistently
• Able to setup and perform table (shaping/filling) without supervision
• Able to work efficiently at all workstations to cope with production demand
• Able to perform product ordering and handle receiving upon delivery
• Able to guide and share knowledge with Trainee and Assistant bakers
• Completed table, and ordering training.
