Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can:
Handle table reservations and control the flow of customers
Supervise the assigned section
Serve customers in a courteous and professional manner
Flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty in order to maximize customers' satisfaction and meet customers' needs
Support the Management of the outlet and be a role model for junior staff
You should have the following qualifications and skills that we are looking for:
NITEC in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or a related field
A supportive personality along with positive attitude
Minimum two (2) years of related experience in an upscale dining environment
Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills
Passion to work in a dynamic environment
A guest-first approach to hospitality
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Restaurant, the brand and the Company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
