Job Summary

The individual will join our Central Kitchen as part of the tea. He/she will have hands-on experience in hot kitchen food production, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality & assurance.

Scope of Work
• Prepare ingredients and goods according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and standards
• Create catering products based on different festive seasons and customers’ orders
• Assist in menu planning and creation for new brands/new products
• Inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes
• Adhere to all standards of food presentation, production and portioning controls
• Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
• Manage and maintain the hygiene and safety standards of the kitchen
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Competencies
• At least one year experience working in Central Kitchen or similar industry
• Eye for Detail
• Is a team player
• Able to multi-task
• Responsible and positive working attitude
• Outgoing, cheerful and self-motivated
• Required to work morning shift
