Salary; commensurate based on experience:
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple outlets to success
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Help ensure delivery of high-quality menu
- Motivate Teams of staff to provide excellent customer service
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Maintain quality goals, restaurant’s revenue, profitability
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Make sure there's Team Work
- Guide to service excellence
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin; to handle Mandarin speaking customers and associates
- 5 years of relevant experience in the same capacity
- Holders of Food & Hygiene Certificate preferred
- Understand and have experience in different cuisines
-For Malaysia Candidate-Require to have degree in government approved university
