Pre-requisites:
• Basic Food Hygiene

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook all food items on menu according to dietitian’s approved menu.
• Reviews the day’s menus and assembles food, supplies and equipment for daily food preparation according to productions sheets.
• To plan menus and liaise with dietitian to approve menu.
• Preparation of resident meals and checking all items to ensure meal items meet prescribed individual resident needs as directed by nursing, dietitian, and or physician.

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm

Basic Salary: $1500 - $2000
