Research Interviewer

The Research Interviewer is responsible for collecting data by conducting structured surveys over the telephone and entering the responses into computer systems. No marketing or selling is involved. The Research Interviewers will be required to work a 5 days work week, from Monday to Friday, on a four or eight hours shift.
The shift options as follows:-
1. 3 months contract (renewable subjected to performance) : 11.45am to 3.45pm x 1 vacancy
2. Permanent Half time : 12.30pm to 4.30pm x 1 vacancy
3. Permanent Half time : 5.30pm to 9.30pm x 2 vacancies
4. Permanent Full time : 12.30pm to 9.30pm x 5 vacancies

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
• Competent in English and one or more of the following languages - Chinese, Malay & Tamil
• Strong telephone skills and excellent telephone demeanor; prior call center or telephone interviewing experience preferred
• Strong social, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and software
• Dependable and responsible
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work
