F&B Restaurant: Management Trainee/ Service Crew/ Kitchen Assistant

Management Trainee
-Assist store manager in daily operations for the store, and ensure all guest’s satisfaction are met over the meal experience by providing efficient and quality service
-Provide quality and fresh products as per Standard Operating Procedures. (SOP)
-Prepare products according to Standard Operating Procedures. (SOP)
-Present menu, promote specials, take & serve orders
-Attend and respond to guests needs promptly, pleasantly & professionally. Check regularly for additional orders or requests.
-Prepare various drinks/beverages according to Company SOP without supervision
-Up-sell seasonal offers or encourage guests to place additional orders.
-Ensure all preparation and service sequence in accordance to SOP.

Job Requirement
-Minimum GCE ‘N' Levels and/or professional qualifications in Food & Beverage.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills at both verbal and written level
-Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with guests)
-Minimum one year relevant experience at a supervisory level.
-Fresh graduate will be considered

Salary range: From $ 1,900.00 Monthly

Service Crew
-Answer phone calls and take down Customer's reservation details.
-Greet Customers walk-in and co-ordinate restaurant
- Work in a team.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Salary range: From $1500.00 Monthly

Kitchen Assistant - Job Description
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils & cleaning products.
- Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate basic knife skills.
- Prepare meat, seafood and vegetable for cooking.
- Work in a team.
- Valid Basic Hygiene Course Certificate
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Salary range: From $1500.00 Monthly
