Job Summary
The successful candidate will play a strategic part in the managing and execution of the full HR functions to support the business goals. This position will also allow the incumbent to provide administrative support in the operational services such as payroll, training and development, and recruitment.

Responsibilities:
Manages and execute the full spectrum of recruitment process
Full Recruitment and Onboarding process
Planning and executing of employee training and development
Handling government correspondences such as surveys, work passes, claims and grants
Reviewing of HR policy and initiatives
Responsible for employee relations, management, and communication
Reviewing of internal and external policies
Generating and analyzing reports
Any other ad-hoc matters assigned
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least two years of HR generalist experience
Organized and results-driven with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and attentive to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and possess a positive working attitude
Knowledge of Timesoft Payroll software

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Executive role
