JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Update and co-ordinate with Cold Storage for fresh produce indent and standing orders for FNV.
2. Generate daily sales report vs target
3. Prepare new product listing forms for submission for Cold Storage
4. External warehouse stocks co-ordination for delivery
5. Cold Storage Special Offer price maintenance in SAP
6. Accounts Aging list submission to customer
7. Recording of Daily Retail Sales Minutes
8. Compilation of Merchandiser Daily report (Cold Storage)
9. Update and maintain Google Forms order taking for cold storage
10. Maxzi Online stocks updating
11. Maxzi Online members tracking report
12. Any other sales supporting functions


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. ‘O’ level or higher
2. Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft software
3. Hands on experience on SAP
4. 5.5 Days work week , alternate Saturday.
