• Support in day-to-day accounts and general admin functions,
• Administer leave records, insurance and medical claims,
• Assist in reconciliation and to prepare journal, record in accounting system,
• Issue manual invoices and follow up with collections,
• Handle payments and claims,
• Enter sales, purchases, payments and receipt date into accounting system
• Filling of purchase invoices and other accounting documents
• Handle contractors monthly, weekly payroll
• Facilitate staff training and update and maintain staff training records
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
