This course is an introductory course for learners to effectively create a collaborative work environment using Smartsheet. The no code platform will enable users with no technical stills to systematically collect data and report real time using Reporting and Dashboarding capabilities with automate workflows. With over 2000 use cases, Smartsheet will help organizations use one tool as a single source of truth to manage data across various Level Of Businesses.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- Create sheets, reports, and dashboards on various use cases
- Create dynamic forms for data intake
- Create automated workflows
- Automate data captures and create reporting metrics through formulas

- Basic concepts of Smartsheet
2 Basic Manoeuvring around Smartsheet
- Navigation and understanding menus and options
- Sheets in different views – Grid, Gantt, Card, and Calendar
3. Creating
- Creating sheets with different column types
- Creating conditional formatting
- Creating Forms
- Using Formulas - IF, NESTED IF, COUNT, SUM, COUNTIF, SUMIF, CHILDREN, VLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH
- Creating Sheet Summary for metrices
- Creating automated workflows – Alerts, Update Requests, and Approval
- Creating Reports
- Creating Dashboards
4. Practice
- Hands-on assignment of 2 hours to create a use case of choice
