Course Introduction

Executives these days face a VUCA world, which stands for Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. An effective executive is someone who can “get the right things done”. To navigate this rapidly changing environment, leaders must learn fast, learn widely and convert the learning into effective actions.
