Course Introduction

This is a beginner-to-intermediate level course, designed for aspiring leaders, new managers, and experienced managers who seek to build practical competencies in process improvement and team performance.

At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
Understand your role as a manager in driving team productivity and aligning work outcomes with organisational goals and customer expectations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by demonstrating leadership behaviours, accountability, and a growth mindset
Apply key productivity concepts, such as value-adding vs non-value-adding work, and the principles of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS)
Use process improvement tools like TIMWOOD, ECRS method, RACI matrix, etc.
Manage operational challenges and resistance during process improvement implementation
Prepare and present work improvement reports, aligned with organisational requirements
