What You’ll Do

• Welcome visitors, attend to enquiries and provide directions.
• Assist with guest services, including lost-and-found enquiries, promotional redemptions and tourist privileges.
• Support ticketing, admission and daily attraction operations.
• Manage queues and guide guests on safety requirements.
• Respond to guests’ requests with friendly, professional service.
