🚨 URGENT HIRING – Operations & Production Admin
📍 Location: Changi South
💰 Salary: Up to $2600/month
🗓️ 5 Days Work Week (Mon to Fri)
⏰ 8.45am – 5.45pm
👤 Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
We are hiring an Operations & Production Admin to support the day-to-day operations of an established multinational company in the electronics and technology industry.
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Support daily site operations and administrative activities
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports
- Maintain and monitor administrative inventory and stock levels
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits
- Coordinate general procurement matters and liaise with the Finance team
- Maintain employee attendance records
- Assist with new employee onboarding and related administrative arrangements
- Monitor general site facilities such as water dispensers, lockers and other workplace facilities
- Maintain records for safety equipment such as first aid kits and fire extinguishers
- Escalate safety or environmental issues to the Site Manager when required
- Support occasional hands-on/manual tasks related to site operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in operations/admin support, production coordination, inventory or reporting will be an advantage
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable handling Excel, reports, records and inventory
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a site/operations environment and handling occasional hands-on tasks
- Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
