💼 Position: Service Support Assistant (Order Processing / Customer Service)
💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month
📍Location: Loyang Drive (will relocate to Toh Guan in Apr-2027)
⏱️Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm & Alternate Sat: 8.30am–12.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries and provide order-related support
• Process and track customer orders and backlogs
• Follow up on urgent orders and delivery status
• Assist with quotations, invoicing and order documentation
• Perform stock enquiries and product information checks
• Handle order discrepancies, cancellations and returns
• Maintain and update records accurately in the system
• Coordinate with internal departments on order and delivery matters
• Perform other administrative and customer service support duties
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates with Admin, Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Support or Logistics Support experience are welcome
• Basic computer and email skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
