Join the fast-paced semiconductor industry and play a critical role in supporting cleanroom production operations. As a Junior Technician, you will be trained to operate, maintain, and support specialized semiconductor equipment under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) on semiconductor equipment to meet module KPIs on uptime, performance, and yield.
- Follow SOP as per specification and execute good maintenance of tools
- Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation to support tool recovery and minimize downtime.
- Assist in equipment installation, de-installation, modification, and improvement activities within the fab.
- Coordinate with logistics and vendors for parts replacement and inventory support to ensure timely maintenance execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of PM records, maintenance activities, and technical reports for compliance and audit purposes.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, EHS standards, and equipment handling procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tool reliability and operational efficiency.
- Report technical updates, issues, and completion status directly to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in semiconductor modules such as Diffusion / Implant / CVD / PVD / CMP is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
- Able to commit to be posted on client site (Multiple positions open for Swing shift and/or 12-hour shift)
