We’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning operations. If you’re hands-on, organised, and know residential cleaning well — we want you.

👥 Your Role
- Supervise & coordinate cleaning teams
- Plan schedules & ensure high cleaning standards
- Inspect worksites & improve efficiency
- Handle client feedback professionally
- Maintain records (staff, inventory, jobs)
- Work with management on best practices
✅ Requirements
- Min 1-2 years Cleaning Supervisor experience
- Class 3 Driving Licence (Required)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment & products
- Able to work flexible hours (weekends/PH when needed)
- Proficient in English (local language a plus)
- Customer-focused & proactive attitude
- able to work OT
🔧 Experience Advantage
- Operating machines (Hi-Jet / Scrubber / Single Disc)
- Periodic & residential cleaning experience
- Ai-con cleaning
