As a Customer Relations Officer, you play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for passengers.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Welcome passengers and ensure their eligibility of lounge usage
  • Attend to the needs of lounge guests in a proactive manner
  • In charge of buffet table presentations to ensure that the food and beverages served are fresh and well-presented
  • Ensure proper housekeeping in the lounges
  • Monitor food wastage
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized transactions
  • Proper recording and daily tabulation for month end closing
