Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service to local and international travellers
- Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets
- Promote duty-free products, ongoing promotions, and exclusive deals
Store Operations
- Ensure products are well-stocked, replenished, and properly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store
- Handle cashiering duties, including POS transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory management
Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of product categories (e.g., liquor, tobacco, fragrances, cosmetics, confectionery)
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand information
- Provide accurate information on duty-free allowances and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (duty-free or travel retail is an advantage)
- Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Days and Working hours
- 5 working days and 44 working hours per week.
- 3 Rotating Shifts:
5.45am to 3.30pm
10am to 7.45pm
3.15pm to 1am
